Our course is situated near the stunning Crystal Lake, which offers impressive scenic views and abundant wildlife as you enjoy your round. Two distinct nines present golfers different levels of challenge. The front nine was opened for play in 1970 and was designed by the legendary Michigan golf course architect, Bruce Matthews. The first nine winds its way through a rolling meadow dotted with native cherry and apple trees. There is plenty of length on the front side as it plays to almost 3,500 yards from the Blue Tees. This tight and winding course is a perfect way to put your skills to the test. The back nine was originally designed by Jerry Matthews, son of Bruce, and opened for play in 1987. Over the last few years the second nine has been renovated and refined by the Keillor family in effort to make it more playable for the everyday golfer. The iconic 18th hole is a 400 yard, dog-leg right with an undulating green perched just below the clubhouse.
