Built in the early 1930's, Firefly is Clare County's oldest golf course. With the 1992 expansion to 18 holes, it became one of the most in demand courses in the area. This course features 5,539 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72 . The course rating is 67.9 and it has a slope rating of 124 on Blue grass. Designed by Darell Loar, the Firefly golf course opened in 1932.
Nancy Keenon manages the course as the Co-Owner/General Manager. Exacting greens, water on 13 holes and Bluegrass fairways built through gently rolling woodlands make Firefly a challenge whatever your handicap.
