The Fortress defends itself with oversized greens and challenging bunkers. Located within walking distance of downtown Frankenmuth, The Fortress encompasses 6,800 yards of formidable play on an 18-hole, par-72 course. Designed by Richard P. Nugent, ASGCA, the Fortress golf course opened in 1992. Nick Shelton manages the course as the Director of Golf.
