Idyl Wyld is the oldest of the Livonia courses having been purchased by the City in 1975. As is found with most older courses, small greens and well placed bunkers await. This old gem is shorter in distance than the other two courses; however the small greens, numerous sandtraps, and fair amount of water make up for the distance. The 18-hole course features 5,817 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 70. The course rating is 68.0 and it has a slope rating of 115. Idyl Wyld golf course opened in 1925. TJW Inc. manages this facility, with Jason Rammler, PGA as the Golf Professional.
