The Natural at Beaver Creek Resort, is very deserving of its name. This championship 18-hole golf course has been constructed on one of the most scenic sites in northern Michigan. The course features 6,355 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 71. The course was designed so golfers of different levels of ability could enjoy an exciting challenge amidst beautiful land of oak, maple, birch, and pine; rolling terrain and some of the most visually outstanding wetlands in northern Michigan. While you take in the landscape, keep an eye out for the wildlife because during a round of golf you have a good chance of seeing deer, wild turkey, beaver, heron, and other water fowl. Renowned for designing courses that reflect the environment’s natural beauty, Jerry Matthews – among the very few great golf architects – has created one of northern Michigan’s most outstanding golf experiences. Kevin Henley manages the course as the General Manager/Superintendent.
