Arthur Hills’ thoughtful design fits gently into the Michigan countryside, weaving its way through about-the-course-oakhurstthe woods of oak, pine, maple and protected wetlands surrounding more than 500 strategically placed home sites. There is a premium here on well-placed tee shots and there are many scenarios where just hitting the fairway is not enough because you'll want to favor one part of the fairway for the best approach shot.
The course features 7,041 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72 . The course rating is 74.3 and it has a slope rating of 140 on Bent grass. Oakhurst course opened in 1998. Steve Williams manages the course as the General Manager.
