Opened in 1927, the picturesque St. Ignace Golf and Country Club overlooks the Straits of Mackinac and the Mackinac Bridge. The view is arguably one of the most beautiful in all of Michigan. This nine hole public course is a par 36, featuring three par 5s, three par 4s, and three par 3s. Although the course has many difficult holes, the greens are considered the course's most challenging aspect. The total yardage is 2,937 yards from the white tees and 2,602 yards from the red tees. Ben Brown manages the course as the General Manager/Golf Professional. Walk-ons are always welcome; however, the scheduling of tee times is preferred.
