The unique structures and windmills have withstood the test of time and now pave the way for a great Northern Michigan golfing experience. This classic C.D. Wagstaff designed golf course reflects the architecture of the first half of the 20th Century.
Located 30 minutes from Traverse City, and just miles from Lake Michigan and the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, this golf course sits amongst all the Northern Michigan splendor one could ask for. Playing at over 6700 yards from the back tees, the "The Old Course" at Sugar Loaf can take a bite out of the most experienced golfer.
This course has a par 72, with 6,787 Yards, multiple tee boxes (including senior tees), a course slope rating of 139 from the blue tees and walkers are welcome.
