Paul Albanese designed the 18-hole championship golf course. Sweetgrass Golf Club plays from approximately 7,300 to 5,000 yards and features multiple teeing areas to accommodate every player's unique skill level. Thought of as a premier championship golf course on the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, it has become a destination spot for golfers and offers several tournaments throughout the season.
The course plays from approximately 7,300 to 5,000 yards. As the game progresses over beautiful, rolling hills, golfers witness sweeping vistas, players are tested by water hazards that guard a number of holes, and even by a challenging par-3 island green at Hole 15. Sweetgrass golf course opened in 2008. Tony Mancilla manages the course as the General Manager.
