Sokol Detroit Cultural Center will be the site of one of Michigan's largest Czech and Slovak festival July 20-21, 23600 W Warren Ave, Dearborn Heights, Mi.
Enjoy this affordable fun event for families of all ages. Live entertainment daily from 3 bands. SAT:Ken Dowling - 2-8pm on main stage and Bonnie and the Boys in our outdoor pavilion 5:30-8:30pm. SUN:Polka Revolution 1-7:00pm and Ken Dowling 3:30-6:30 in outdoor pavilion.
Savor our ethnic foods served throughout the day by our award-winning chef Frank Turchan. We guarantee you won't go home hungry! Eat your fill homemade Kolaches -a Czech dessert, featured on a local Detroit TV station. Enjoy refreshing imported beers in our air-conditioned hall or sit in our outdoor bistro pavilion for a sing-a-long. Stop by the Pastry booth or our Czech/Slovak vendors for some take home goodies.
