The Menominee County Fair is the time and place that many of our youth, particularly those who raise animals, have their first opportunity to demonstrate what they have learned over the past year. The experience of getting up in front of a judge, answering questions (and trying not to shake too much) while trying to remember to stand up straight and look the judge in the eye, is a huge growth experience. They have to learn how to care and feed their animals properly, then learn proper showmanship techniques depending on the species of animal they show. Youth learn responsibility, dependability and public speaking skills - all tools they will need for the rest of their lives.
The 2024 Menominee County Fair is July 18th - 21st, 2024.
Our outdoor event will include local youth exhibiting the animals, Ladies Day, 5-K Run, Horseback Scavenger hunt, Craft Beer & Wine Tasting, Small Animal Auction, Truck & Tractor Pulls & Much much more!
